It was immaculate, fairly quiet and with the oceanview. Top-notch service, though a few employees were totally unhelpful: D
Disappointing aspect was so small bathroom.

Upscale hotel with cool rooms, wonderful views of the ocean. Plenty of amazing food for meals. Stunning location just next door to shops and southern Virginia and the beach. Also, on the bike path. Just perfect experience there.

Wonderful location especially with an ocean view room. High standards throughout & I always stay here when I come on business to the area.

The breakfast options were quite tasty, and the balcony view of the ocean was divine! The beach was a dream, clean and rock-free. Plus, witnessing dolphins jumping was just the cherry on top!
The parking charges felt a bit like a surprise tax! And don't even get me started on the mysterious absence of hot water-I mean, is it a hotel or a sauna now?

We loved the location and all the amenities in the building. It's a great central location to everything and being right on the ocean is a plus.
The staff is not trained properly. They are not very helpful and you can tell they want to be, but it's almost like they are set up to fail. The "cooperate office" gets blamed for a lot of the policies that don't make sense and they don't seem to have a clue half the time what is going on.

Fantastic Family Getaway with Ocean Views!
The kids adored the pool, while we enjoyed brunch at the Oceanfront restaurant. Their seafood omelets are a must-try!

easy access to the beach and vibrant boardwalk entertainment
I had the most wonderful stay with an very nice view of the ocean from my room on the 11th floor, and it felt amazing to be just a short walk away from great dining options and the lively boardwalk atmosphere. While everything was mostly great, it would have been nice if there were better instructions for accessing the wifi.

You had to go out the front of the hotel to get to the beach. Their where no microwaves and little friges in the rooms after all we did pay well over $300 a night even the holiday inn gives you a microwave and fridge. Only 3 elevators for the 21 floors so you had to wait forever. You had to pay for parking at the hotel in addition to everything else. All the other hotels give their guests free parking. For this being the Hilton it was very disappointing sorry to have to say.

Air conditioning made a lot of noise. Toilet running every 5 minutes. No microwave, had to call twice for one to be delivered to room. restroom small and no exhaust fan. If you did number two the next one in there will not be able to breathe. Ocean view is not ocean front. if you don't want to listen to music from street ask for South room. I saw the cleaners cart two different days and they never had a disinfectant chemical. incredible for an upscale hotel. Small beds. thin walls, you can here the people on the next room talk, you can here the toilet been flushed. If you have to pay more than $300.00 for a room it is not worth it. Infinity pool has a nice view but it is dirty. I don't think anyone from the hotel is reading the reviews because some other guests have written about this issues and nothing changes.
